본 교과목에서는 패션디자이너, 패터너 또는 모델리스트에게 필요한 3D 패션과 2D 패턴에 대한 실무지식을 다룬다. 학생들은 3D 디지털 공간에서, 기존의 2D 패턴을 3D 패션으로 구현해 보고, 가상 봉제를 통해 아바타에게 가상착의 시뮬레이션을 해봄으로써, 패션디자인 개발을 위한 프로토 샘플 제작의 시간과 비용을 줄이고, 다양한 패션 아이템을 전개 및 발전시킬 수 있는 제작 능력과 창의성을 기른다.
교과목해설(영문)
In this course, students learn practical knowledge about 3D fashion and 2D patterns required by fashion designers, patterners, or modelists. Students make 2D patterns into 3D fashion in a 3D digital space and simulate virtual wear to avatars through virtual sewing. Through this, while reducing the time and cost of prototype production, it develops the production ability and creativity to develop various fashion items.
