Requesting Permission for Student Events (Rallies)
If a student body (such as the student council, college student council, or student clubs) wishes to obtain approval for a rally, a student representative must sign the rally request application form and submit it to the Student Welfare Team at least 5 days before the scheduled rally date. However, undergraduate (department) student councils shall first obtain permission from the dean (head) of the corresponding undergraduate study (department), and college students must obtain permission from the dean of the corresponding school. After receiving this permission, they shall then submit the rally request application form to the Student Welfare Team.
Posting Permission
If a student or a group wishes to post advertisements or notices on campus, they shall submit the request form in advance to the Student Affairs Office, obtain approval, and then receive instructions on the designated location and time for posting.
Bulletin Board Use
In this university, general matters related to student campus life, including announcements, presentations, notifications, and other important information, are posted on bulletin boards. These are located both on the university's website and throughout the campus. Therefore, students are encouraged to regularly check these bulletin boards in order to stay informed about their school life and receive timely updates.
Student Mail
Mail delivered to the school is received collectively. Regular mail is sorted by department/major and made available in the lobby (1F) of the main building (C building). Registered or special mail should be collected from the General Accounting Team, with presentation of a student ID.
