기업의 자금에 대한 전반적인 관리방법에 대해 배운다. 재무관리의 기초적인 사항을 시작으로 가치평가, 자본예산, 위험과 가격결정모형, 자본구조, 자본조달, 운전자본관리, 재무분석 등에 대해 학습한다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course is designed as an introductory Corporate Finance course for all Management Engineering students. We shall explore the fundamental concepts in financial management. The course will then cover the theoretical framework and analytical tools for decision making in financial management. The main topics will be: financial statement analysis, time value of money, risk and return concepts, valuation of financial assets, capital budgeting, capital structure, dividend policy, agency theory, and international managerial finance.
