교과목해설
사회의 급속한 통합화/디지털화에 따라 통계의 중요성은 나날이 커지고 있다. 본 과목은 경영 전분야에서 필요로 하는 자료분석 방법을 습득함으로써, 자료의 처리 및 합리적인 해석 능력을 배양한다. 특히 기술통계분석, 통계적 추정, 검정, 회귀분석 분야를 중점적으로 다룬다. 본 과목은 6-Sigma, CRM(Customer Relationship Management, 고객관계관리), 품질 경영 등의 업무을 위해 매우 유용한 과목이다. 본 과목은 R의 통계처리 기능을 이용하여 실습 중심으로 수업이 진행된다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course deals with practical data analysis methods for descriptive statistical analysis, statistical estimation and test, and linear regression. It is useful for students to study quality management, 6-Sigma, and CRM(Customer Relationship Management). The statistical software R is used for the practice.
